When you arrive you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists and offered a seat in our sunny waiting room. You’re more than welcome to browse our large range of retail products while you wait, or ask one of our receptionists for a yummy treat to keep your pet busy.

One of our experienced vets will then invite you into a consult room to address any concerns you have, perform a comprehensive health check and recommend any additional diagnostic testing if needed.

Ōtaki Vets is a modern facility with state of the art diagnostic equipment and an in-house laboratory, so most tests can be performed right here.
